During Capcom's Capcomunity stream on Twitch, they revealed a few things for the blue bomber. For one, we are finally getting a numbered Mega Man game since 2010.

Mega Man 11 is planned for a late 2018 release and it's coming to PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC. It's the usual Mega Man 2D platformer with a new "hand-drawn" art design. They gave it a more modernized look instead of going for the 8-bit nostalgia seen in the last two games.

Capcom also announced that both legacy collections of Mega Man, which covers Mega Man 1-6 and Mega Man 7-10 respectively, will be heading to the Nintendo Switch. Both collections found its way to PS4 and Xbox One this year and it's only fitting for them to give the same treatment for the Switch.

Not only that, all Mega Man X games will be heading to PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. More details are coming at a later date because it wasn't clear if it will be sold individually or packaged.

All of these are planned for 2018, so it's good to see that Capcom hasn't completely forgotten that they have the blue bomber and that we'll be seeing him more next year.
