You have to give it to the folks at Respawn Entertainment. Last March, they released a new game mode and a few maps, now the next batch of post-content has been detailed and it will be free to all that is still fighting the good fight in the Frontier. 

It's still slated as 'Coming Soon', but expect two general multiplayer maps, two Live Fire levels, and a new titan to join the rotation. 

The game will also be patched up, changing a few things for multiplayer:

  • Expanded Private Match settings including the addition of Live Fire and Coliseum to the selectable modes.
  • A new Faction.
  • Marked for Death game mode.
  • More Pilot executions.
  • Addition refinements to matchmaking like estimated wait time and more.
  • More purchasable camos, skins, etc. from the store.
  • And more!

The paid content side of Titanfall 2, which is composed of just cosmetic items, will also get an update. The in-game store will include Prime versions of Titans Tone and Ronin. 

More details coming soon, and expect a trailer to go live from Respawn Entertainment to show off the new stuff coming in. 

We had a blast with Titanfall 2 and considers it one of the best shooters to consider today.
