Assassin's Creed: Rogue Remastered Is Out Now
/The last Assassin's Creed game to be released on the PS3 and Xbox 360 is now available on PS4 and Xbox One with enhanced visuals and 4K support.
Assassin's Creed: Rogue was in a weird position back then. It was released at the same time Assassin's Creed Unity was released on the PS4 and Xbox One and thanks to the bugs and issues Unity encountered on release, many considered Rogue as the better Assassin's Creed game in 2014.
Aside from the improved visuals, Assassin's Creed: Rogue Remastered comes with two DLC missions: The Armor of Sir Gunn and The Siege of Fort de Sable. It also comes with content packs containing weapons, customization items, special outfits like Bayek's legacy costume, the protagonist on the latest game Assassin's Creed: Origins.
game: two bonus missions (The Armor of Sir Gunn Quest and The Siege of Fort de Sable), as well as
the Master Templar and Explorer packs, which contain weapons, customization items and special
outfits, including Bayek’s legacy outfit from Assassin’s Creed® Origins.
Assassin's Creed: Rogue is also connected to recent titles. Rogue took place after the events in Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag and is right before the events that took place in Assassin's Creed 3. It is also connected to Unity but i'll stop right here to avoid any spoilers.
Based on local retail stores found in the Philippines, Assassin's Creed: Rogue Remastered is fairly cheap. It costs PHP 1,395 for the PS4 and Xbox One version of the game.
Ubisoft has delayed Assassin’s Creed: Shadows to February 14, 2025, citing the need for extra development time. This puts the game in tougher competition from major titles releasing that month such as Civilization 7, Monster Hunter Wilds, Avowed, and Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii.
