Bayonetta 3 out in 2022, first gameplay trailer revealed

Platinum Games have finally revealed new footage of Bayonetta 3 with a new gameplay trailer shown during the September 2021 Nintendo Direct presentation. It is also confirmed that it will be coming to the Switch sometime in 2022. 

The gameplay trailer shows off a new look and a new mechanic where you can directly control demons to do the fighting while Bayonetta dances in the background. It’s been a long time since we last saw anything from the sequel as Bayonetta 3 was revealed to be coming to the Nintendo Switch way back in 2017. 

Besides the new gameplay trailer and the release window, not much is known so far about the game but expect more details about the game further down the line.
