Diablo 4 Open Beta Test Happening This March, Pre-orders Give Early Access
/During IGN’s FanFest, Blizzard revealed that the upcoming action RPG Diablo 4 will have an Open Beta test from March 24 to 26. Those who’ve pre-ordered the game get early access to the test from March 17 to 19.
The open beta test wil feature the prologue and first act of the game, specifically in the area they call the ‘Fractured Peaks’. Players will have access to all main and sidequests available in the area and can level characters up to level 25. Those who join the early access period can continue playing their characters and the beta when it becomes open to the public the next weekend.
Beta progress will not carry over to the full.
Blizzard also shared the Diablo 4’s opening cinematic, which is in-game visuals that will feature your custom-made character, a feature new to the series as they used to have a set look beneath all the armor. You can watch the cinematic below.
For more details on Diablo 4’s open beta test, you can read more about it from Blizzard here.
Diablo 4 will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC through Battle.net. It’s currently set to release on June 6, 2023.
This will be music to the ears of kids who grew up on the series, but for the uninitiated, there’s nothing quite like the Mario & Luigi games. Mario & Luigi Brothership does its best to appeal to a wide range of players with charming presentation and a strong new Battle Plug system, but not everyone will be enamored with its reflex-testing gameplay.
