Rashid of the Turbulent Wind coming to Street Fighter 6 on July 24
/The first DLC character for Capcom’s Street Fighter 6 is non other than the Turbulent Wind Rashid as he will be added to the game on July 24. Players that own the Deluxe Edition, Ultimate Edition, or the Year 1 Character Pass will have Rashid unlocked the moment he goes live.
Players don’t need any of the editions or have the Character Pass as you can purchase Rashid or any future DLC character separately.
Special moves like Spinning Mixer, Whirlwind Shot, and Eagle Spite return but he has a few new tricks that make him move around the fighting space like crazy.
We even get a good look at each of his Super Arts. His level one Super Art is called Super Rashid Kick, which is pretty much a series of Eagle spikes in quick succession. His level two Super Art is Ysaar, a move reserved as Rashid’s V-Trigger move back in Street Fighter V. Lastly, this Level 3 is Altair, the same move that sends Rashid and his opponent up in the air in a twister as he navigates within it doing multiple hits.
With the addition of Rashid, he will also be available through the game’s World Tour mode, giving a player’s avatar a new set of moves to learn for your avatar.
The next character planned for Street Fighter 6 will be a newcomer with the name A.K.I sometime this Fall.
Street Fighter 6 is now available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
