/Sega, Atlus, and Vanillaware’s new tactical RPG Unicorn Overlord is set to launch on March 8, 2024, for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch.
This is the latest title from the developer of 13 Sentinels and Odin’s Sphere as it was revealed during the Nintendo Direct broadcast that debuted on September 14.
The game will feature numerous recruitable characters to face against a turn-based strategy combat displayed in gorgeous 16-bit visual art style the studio is best known for.

Those who preorder the game will be given a DLC that will allow players to customize their army’s banners with coats of arms based on the developer’s previous titles such as Odin’s Sphere, Dragon’s Crown, and 13 Sentinels: Rim.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
