E3 2012: Assassin's Creed 3 gameplay demo

Ubisoft presented Assassin's Creed 3 on this year's E3 with a stunning CG trailer and a 7-minute gameplay demo. I lost interest after Assassin's Creed 2, but from what I saw at Ubisoft's press conference, I think I'm ready to dive into this world again. Check out the demo and trailer below.

E3 2012: Dead Space 3 officially revealed with game demo

During EA's Press Conference at E3 2012, Dead Space 3 has finally been revealed. Visceral Games not only confirms that the game will have a drop in, drop out feature, they presented a live demo of Dead Space 3. Not sure what to say about the co-op yet but this is definitely not the Dead Space I was expecting.

The biggest problem I have with this reveal is the fact that Dead Space 3 looks more like a third person action adventure rather than a survival horror. Dead Space is what kept the Horror genre alive, but this third game doesn't seem to hit into that category anymore.

Dead Space 3 is set for a February 2013 release.

E3 2012: Resident Evil 6 gameplay demo

Resident Evil 6 During the Microsoft press conference in E3 2012, Capcom presented a gameplay demo of Resident Evil 6. Wasn't expecting Capcom to demo the game for the first time in E3, especially in Microsoft's press conference. With the demo shown - Not sure what to say. Looked like a third person action shooter with zombies on the side really. Resident Evil has definitely evolved through the years. Check out the gameplay demo now to see for yourself.

E3 2012: Guardians of Middle Earth debut trailer

Guardians of Middle Earth Oh look another Lord of the Rings video game. Can't remember the last time I enjoyed a LOTR game, maybe I never did.  The debut trailer tells us nothing about the game - How it looks, gameplay, etc. But it looks epic and Gollum trying to take down Gandalf with a huge rock is just weird. But don't be fooled, this is no ordinary action adventure like past LOTR games.

Guardians of Middle Earth is actually a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) and it's for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. MOBA are game such as DOTA, Heroes of Newreth, and League of Legend. So yea, a bit weird if you ask me. It will be a five on five match and players can choose up to 20 iconic characters from the Lord of the Rings world .The game is being developed over at Monolith Productions(F.E.A.R 1 and 2, Gotham City Imposters), and if this indeed plays like games such as DOTA, playing it with a controller will feel really off.

Best part of the trailer? Gollum looking badass thinking he can take Gandalf solo.
