In a blog post by Bioware, it was revealed that Mass Effect Andromeda will be released on March 21, 2017.

"We appreciate your patience (and in fact, even your lack of patience in some instances) as we’ve been focused on completing the game." says Aaron Fynn, General Manager of Bioware.

Also in the blog post, it mentions a tradition that the studio has been doing since the first Mass Effect - developers go home with what they call the "Holiday build" to play however they want during the holiday break.  Coming back from the holidays, the feedback was positive enough for them to announce a release date.

Now, delays can still happen, and we know a beta session that you can sign up for is planned for the multiplayer aspect of the game.

New information and footage of the game started to slowly come out during the last few months of 2016 and our wait to explore the new Mass Effect galaxy will be a short one.

Gamespot's Youtube channel just uploaded the new trailer for Mass Effect: Andromeda, which was shown during CES 2017

Mass Effect: Andromeda will be out on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
