Project Xandata's Closed Beta Has Begun

Project Xandata is one of those games we’ve been keeping tabs on. Today the game’s closed beta servers went online, and we can already how much work the small team at Secret 6 has put into this.

This multiplayer shooter had a big presence at ESGS 2017 last month, where Carlos and I got to put in a few rounds. That build got us pretty excited, especially seeing how far it’s come along since ESGS 2016 and even the Pinoy Gaming Festival last April.

This closed beta, the first of multiple planned betas, will run from November 22, 12:00 noon (+0800 GMT) and will end on November 29, 12:00 noon (+0800 GMT). If you’re looking for a key to get in, you can like and follow the official Facebook page for Project Xandata for announcements on giveaways.

The beta features 5v5 online matchmaking, a training mode and three rotating quick play modes on a single map, Aruum Station. Three classes are playable, with two subclasses for each. Since Project Xandata is being released on Steam, you can expect the usual assortment of Steam multiplayer functionality.
