Dead By Daylight's Latest Chapter "Descend Beyond" Is Now Available
/ Carlos HernandezBehaviour Interactive has updated their 4v1 multiplayer game Dead by Daylight by releasing the Descend Beyond Chapter, which introduces the killer The Blight, a new Survivor called Felix Richter, plus visual upgrade to certain environments in the game.
Check out what the new killer and survivor brings to the catch and mouse game below.
The concept of having a killer bumping into the environment to fully maximize his effectiveness is an odd choice but is deadly once killer mains get used to his unique mechanic. The perks coming in is a bit crazy and will change things up on how both sides play the game. Notable perks coming in the Descend Beyond Chapter is the Hex: Blood Favor perok for killers, which allows nearby planks become unusable to survivors for a short time after getting hit by the killer. Survivor gets the Desperate Measures perk, which increases the speed of which they can heal or unhook allies based on the number of hooked, dying, or injured survivors in the game.
The Descent Beyond Chapter update also comes with the start of Behaviour Interactive’s plan to visually upgrade Dead by Daylight by slowly updating various parts in the game as the game is now slated to be available in next-gen consoles.
Here are the visual upgrades added in this update based on the official 4.2.0 patch notes.
