ESGS 2023: Sega booth will feature demos for Like a Dragon Gaiden, Infinite Wealth, and more
/Sega will be present at the 2023 Electronic Sports and Gaming Summit (ESGS) in the Philippines. Sega will have a booth featuring playable demos for upcoming titles Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Persona 3 Reload, and demos for recently released titles such as ENDLESS Dungeon, and Sonic Superstars.
This will be Sega’s second appearance at ESGS, a gaming convention now on its 10th year as the event will be held for the first time at the World Trade Center in Metro Manila from November 3 to November 5.
Those still on the fence on Sonic Superstars should look out for the booth to try the game for themselves as we give the latest entry in the Sonic series an easy 4/5. Joseph Choi reviewed the game on the Switch and said: “Sonic Superstars drop-dashed straight out of the gate and busted open the Act-ending Roboticizer coating my cold, bitter heart to free my bright-eyed, bushy-tailed inner child and put a big smile on his face.”
Those who drop by to try out the demos of any of the games in the Sega booth will receive gifts from Sega, including Sonic Superstars masks,Like a Dragon-themed shopping bags, Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage! postcards, a mobile game that was just released in Southeast Asia regions last September.
Sega heading to Indonesia as well
Sega will also be present at the 2023 Indonesia Comic Con which is happening on November 4-5 at the Jakarta Convention Center and will also feature demos for the games mentioned above.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
