Pokemon Legends: Z-A Announced by the Pokemon Company, Out in 2025
/The Pokemon Company and Game Freak announced a new Pokemon game called Pokemon Legends: Z-A, a new game set in Kalos and will feature Generation 6 Pokemon.
The new adventure will be set within Lumiose City. Going by Pokemon Legends: Arceus, this might likely feature large open areas to explore, and by the end of the trailer, the MMega Evolution stone symbol was briefly shown, suggesting we might see the return of the feature that was first introduced in Pokemon X & Y, then resused agaiun for Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire.
No new pokemon was spotted in the teaser trailer but a handful of returning ones were spotted, such as Klefki, Litleo, Pyroar , Flabébé, Aegislash, Hawlucha, Furfrou, Gogoat, Fletchling, Talonflame, Sylveon, and Espurr from Gen 6. We then saw other Pokemons from other generations such as Heracross, Gyarados, Hippopotas, Emolga, and Dragonair. Of course, Pikachu was highly featured in the trailer.
No release date was given for Pokemon Legends: Z-A, but it’s set to release sometime in 2025 for the Nintendo Switch systems.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
