Destiny gets a new trailer called 'The Moon'

DestinyMOON-ss01 Bungie released a new trailer for their action role-playing first-person shooter. It's a gameplay trailer that shows the dangers in the Earth's moon.

The video also reveals beta access for those that pre-order the game at select retailers in different countries. Sadly, Asia isn't among the countries listed for this pre-order incentive.

Excited for Destiny? There are more gameplay footage of the game, but I still don't have a clear picture of what this game. A bit skeptical, but a shooter with Bungie with RPG elements shouldn't be that bad...right?

Destiny's beta will begin in early 2014, with the game planned for released during the second quarter of 2014 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One.

Deep Down confirmed as a Free-To-Play title

deep-down-logo-1080P Well here's a funny bit of news. Capcom's PS4 exclusive Deep Down is not only set in 2094 New York, it's also a Free-To-Play title. Didn't see that coming.

Both Sony and Capcom confirmed during this year's TGS, making my interest of this Assassin's Creed/Dark Souls offspring to go way down. It is definitely impressive to have a free game with the visuals seen so far, but you can't help but question how restricted you will be if you don't spend a single penny.

Every time we hear something new with this PS4 exclusive, more questions just follow. Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida also mentioned that the open beta for Deep Down is planned for February 22, 2014, close to the PS4 launch for Japan.

Battlefield 4 Open Beta launches October 1

battlefield-4-angry-sea-single-player-screens_7-wm EA just announced the date for Battlefield 4's Open Beta. We'll get to try out the game on October 1 for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.

The Open Beta will allow us to test out Battlefield 4's Conquest mode on Siege of Shanghai. What's weird is there's still no information about the exclusive early access promised for those that have Pre-ordered the Digital-deluxe version of the game, people that purchased the Medal of Honor Limited Edition, and of course Battlefield 3 Premium members. With the Open Beta hitting on the first day of October, it's most likely going to hit before then so we'll keep an eye out when EA talks about it.

Battlefield 4 will be out for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC on October 29, with the next-gen version for PS4 and Xbox One to come out on each console's launch date.

Watch Dogs gets a 14-minute gameplay walkthrough video

WatchDogs_Loop Privacy Breach-noscale Lately, Ubisoft has been quiet with regards to their upcoming IP Watch Dogs. I actually lost my excitement for this game thanks to all the E3 buzz and next-gen talk. A new video was released showing a 14-minute gameplay walking through the dynamic events that takes place in the world. But the one aspect of this video that kinda placed Watch Dogs back into my radar has to be their multiplayer beingsomewhat integrated into the single player campaign. You'll know what I mean when you check the video below.

I can already see the many trolls that will show up in this game. Watch Dogs is a launch title for both the Xbox One (November 22) and PS4 (November 15), but it will also be available on PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U and of course PC on November 19.  I might just pick up the PC version of the game. It does spark my interest, but I have this gut feeling that this won't be as good as everybody is expecting it to be.

Ubisoft announces Tom Clancy's The Division for PC

TC_thedivision_ss-1Well here's some exciting news that got me all hyped. Remember that new game from Ubisoft The Division? It impressed a lot of people when it was revealed in this year's E3, but PC gamers were disappointed when they announced it was only a PS4 and Xbox One title. The community hoped it would come to PC as well. Today, Ubisoft responded to that by announcing that Tom Clancy's Division is coming to PC as well.

GameInformer reported this news with a statement coming from Ubisoft :

Good news for PC gamers: We heard you, and we are happy to share that Tom Clancy's The Division also will be available for the PC, in addition to the Xbox One from Microsoft and the PlayStation 4 from Sony.

E3 2013 Gameplay demo

This is the game I was most excited for when this year's E3 barrage of announcements ended. Online open-world RPG shooter? argh! My kind of game. I had pretty much the same level of goosebumps when Watch Dogs was first revealed last year, and knowing now that this game is coming to the PC, I'm definitely going for that version of the game. A new trailer was also released, check it out below. If Ubisoft can continue releasing impressive new titles every year, I can forgive them for sucking the life out of Assasin's Creed franchise with it's yearly release.
