Prototype 2 gets a new trailer that showcases one of Heller's new moves. I actually forgot this game was on the way and that its slated for an April release. Just when I thought nothing was coming out this month. Check out the new ability below. Devs say that this ability was created based on player feedback.
Prototype 2 is coming out on April 24 for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
THQ's Darksiders 2, planned for a June released, is now pushed back for an August release. People believed that a delay was coming because of the layoffs that happened at THQ but Vigil states the reason of the delay is for game polishing and fixing game bugs.
Two months delay isn't so bad. I'm all for a more polished game rather than a game rushed out the door.
Darksiders is now for an August release for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. The Wii U version of the game will be released on console release day.
Yes, the series that everybody thought ended is now back with yet another trilogy. Halo 4 is on the way and it now has a release date. Halo fans, Halo 4 is coming on November 6 2012.
Microsoft officially announced the game's release date.
“We are beginning a new saga with ‘Halo 4’ and embarking on a journey that will encompass the next decade of ‘Halo’ games and experience,” said Microsoft Studios boss Phil Spencer.
“Millions of fans worldwide have been eagerly awaiting the opportunity to step back into the boots of Master Chief, and with ‘Halo 4’ leading the charge, we’re confident 2012 will be the most successful year in Xbox history.”
Most successful year in Xbox history? Pretty accurate since were talking about Halo here, the flagship game of the Xbox. No game footage yet, but it's definitely going to be the same game but with Master Chief's story moving forward, and of course some changes in multiplayer. Take note though, this is the first Halo title without Bungie. Bungie has said goodbye to the Halo series when they completed all DLC content for Halo: Reach. 343 Industries is now in charge of the new Halo trilogy.
Halo 4 E3 2011 reveal trailer
Again, just in case you missed it. November 6, 2012 is Halo 4 day.
Bethesda's big reveal is out. The studio has been hinting and teasing of a big reveal and a lot of people believed it was Skyrim's first DLC, but it was actually Dishonored's first ever trailer. I'm definitely excited for this game. While the trailer does not have any gameplay footage, you get an idea of the character you'll be playing, the art, the gameplay, and the world of Dishonored.
Dishonored is actually due this year for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. So be sure to see more about Dishonored in the future.
Namco Bandai is apparently working on a Star Trek game based on J.J Abrams take in Star Trek. It's set for a 2013 release, Kirk and Spock works together to stop a legendary race hell-bent to conquer the galaxy, you know, the usual. The game will also feature co-op letting you play both Kirk and Spock throughout the game. Teaser trailer below.
I don't know, the gameplay seems to have a strong resemblance to a certain sci-fi game but it's too soon to judge with just a teaser trailer. Also, at the end of the trailer I noticed a Playstation Move logo, this title might support the Move but no announcement yet. Star Trek will be out for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
