Hitman: Absolution - First gameplay trailer

Hitman AbsolutionI won't lie to you - I never got into the Hitman series.  The gameplay never appealed to me. But Hitman: Absolution seems to give you the choice of either going guns blazing or silently assassinate targets, and I love  going guns blazing.  Check out the trailer below.

This trailer is actually making me consider giving the old Hitman games another try. But It'll probably take just a few hours until I give up and lose my patience at going all sneaky. Really not my strong suit.

Hitman: Absolution is planned sometime the 4th quarter of 2012 for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.

Skyrim's first DLC named 'Dawnguard' more details at E3

Skyrim DLC Skyrim's first piece of DLC is named 'Dawnguard' and will arrive in summer for the US, which means around June to September. Only information right now is that the DLC will first hit on Xbox 360 and more info will be announced on E3, which is a month away.

Bethesda Blog teased the DLC with the image above and pretty much says nothing else in the post. I have Skyrim on the 360 so I'm definitely going to pick this up when it gets released. Yes even without info, more content for Skyrim is a definite win in my eyes. Don't you agree?

Don't worry about Xbox 360 getting first dibs on the DLC, its only a month head start. And if you ask me, one month of first access to DLC is nothing compared to what PC players get to enjoy - MODS. Playstation 3 get no love apparently.

2012's Call of Duty is Call of Duty: Black Ops 2

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Activision finally reveals the 2012 Call of Duty title, Black Ops 2. I won't lie - I'm actually excited for this one. I liked Call of Duty Black Ops a lot. Great campaign. zombie killing mode, and of course that multiplayer. First trailer for Black Ops 2 was released together with the reveal and shows the usual explosions but set in 2025. Yes the future. You got robots, futuristic gear, and horses?

Activision has gone live with the official site, so go ahead and take a peek.

Call of Duty: Black Ops is coming out on November 13, 2012 for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengance Teaser Live Action trailer makes no sense

Metal Gear Rising Revengeance Konami Released a teaser live action video for Metal Gear Solid Rising: Revengeance. Cool, if only it makes any sense at all. The video shows a man being experimented on, which could possibly be Raiden, the protagonist of this game. No idea what this is but I'm guessing this could be the origins of Raiden. Check out the video, see if you can make any sense of it all.

It is said that there will be two more videos just like this that will most likely give a bigger picture of this teased video.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengance is not being directly developed by Hideo Kojima. It is now being developed by Platinum Games, creators of games such as Vanquish and Bayonetta, which is a perfect fit if you ask me. The Metal Gear Solid creator is still involved in this project but I'm sure his main priority at this moment is Metal Gear Solid 5.

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is aiming for a late 2012 release date and will be out on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.

More Crysis 3 - Gameplay Trailer now out

Prophet now has a bow EA finally released that teased gameplay trailer a few days ago. It's all gameplay footage, and from what I see the sequel doesn't look all that different from the second game graphic-wise. It's not a bad thing at all since Crysis 2 is one of the best looking game's to date. Check the trailer below.

After seeing this trailer, I wonder what changes Crytek have in store for the sequel. So far I don't see much, aside from Prophet now wielding a bow. Setting is the same, enemies will be the same, so what's new to set it apart from the second game? It comes out next year so Crytek has a lot of time to hype up this game with the changes.

Crysis 3 is set for a 2013 launch for Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC.
