Monster Hunter: World's Sales Made It Capcom's Biggest Seller In History
/Monster Hunter: World is not only finding success in critic reviews but apparently in sales as well. In just three weeks, Capcom reported that they have shipped 6 million copies of the new Monster Hunter game, making it the fastest selling Capcom game ever.
Shipped is different from selling, but the fact that they released that many copies to meet the demand of retailers says a lot on a game that's not even a month old.
We've been playing the game since release and we are still at it, taking down one elder dragon at a time, enjoying what could arguably be the best entry in the series, and possibly the most friendly to newcomers.
Monster Hunter: World is out now on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with the PC version planned for an autumn release.
