Dead by Daylight Shrine of Secrets Perks for April 26 - May 2, 2023

Dead by Daylight’s Shrine of Secrets this week features Teamwork: Collective Stealth, Calm Spirit, Leverage, and Trail of Torment. Here’s a quick detailed rundown of each perk offered from April 26 - May 2, 2023.

Dead by Daylight Shrine of Secrets perks for April 26 - May 2, 2023, 2023

This section found in the in-game store of Dead by Daylight gives players a chance to unlock perks from Survivors or Killers still unavailable for them, or have not yet earned the highest tier.

Choose carefully if you don’t have many shards available during this time as 2,000 shards are hard to earn, especially for new players from either side.

Killer Perks

Leverage (The Skull Merchant) - Each time you hook a Survivor, this perk activates and gains 1 token, up to a max of 10 tokens.

For each token, healing speeds of Survivors are reduced by a stackable 3/4/5% for the next 30 seconds, up to a maximum of 30/40/50%.

Trail of Torment (The Executioner) - Kicking a Generator activates this perk. The Killer gains the Undetectable status until the Generator you kicked stops regressing or a Survivor is damaged by any means.

The aura of the damaged Generator is revealed to all Survivors in yellow.

This perk has a cooldown of 80/70/60 seconds.

Survivor Perks

Teamwork: Collective Stealth (Renato Lyra) - Whenever another Survivor finishes healing you, this perk activates, and both you and the Survivor that just healed you will get the benefits from this perk.

Both players will not leave any scratch marks as long as you stay within 12 meters of one another and one of you does not lose a health state.

This perk has a cooldown of 180/160/140 seconds.

Calm Spirit (Jake Park) - Prevents crows in a match from being alerted by your presence, with the exception of you physically touching one. This perk also prevents your Survivor from screaming and all noises when unlocking a chest or cleansing a totem are reduced by 40/35/30%.

Which perks are worth getting this week?

Another interesting week for the shrine as it not only features one new perk but two, and this is the first time a Skull Merchant perk is offered for shards.

The new perk Leverage is worth considering to see if it has any value in your builds, especially with overall Survivor healing now nerfed. Sloppy Butcher still feels like a stronger choice if you want to cripple healing even more.

Trails of Torment for the killer is a fun perk that gives you just the right information and you just might catch a Survivor off guard when undetectable.

As for Survivors, we have Teamwork: Collective Stealth making its debut at the shrine. I’m not entirely sold with the Teamwork kind of perks as it forces two players to stay together to gain the benefit, so make sure you have a friend or two to coordinate with you as this is obviously not recommended for solo queue sessions.

Lastly, Calm Spirit is one of those perks that isn’t work spending shards on.
