Forspoken PC System Requirements and Features Announced
/Square Enix and Luminous Productions revealed the PC system requirements of their upcoming open world action game Forspoken as well as the PC features you can expect when the game becomes available on January 24, 2023.

This game requires a beefy system as the minimum requirements alone is quite heavy. What’s surprising is that even with the specs in the recommended section, you might be floating around 30 fps at 1440p resolution.

Forspoken PC Features
As for the PC features, here’s what you can expect from Forspoken.
Graphics API: DirectX 12 Ultimate (Agility SDK)
Sound: DirectSound compatible device that supports 7.1 audio (Ambisonics)
Input Device: Dualshock 4 or DualSense controller support, and keyboard and mouse support
Graphic Options: Customizable resolutions, aspect ratios, graphic features, dynamic refresh rate with Windows 11, and wide screen support up to 32:9 (during gameplay sequences)
HDR: HDR support with auto HDR with Windows 11
Storage: DirectStore support with Windows 11 (*NVMe SSD recommended)
Forspoken will also be available on the PS5, which has a playable demo of the game now available as it gives a good idea of the game’s open world and the its combat.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
