Goat Simulator 3 Announced During Summer Game Fest 2022

Coffee Stain Studios didn’t bother to make Goat Simulator 2 and skipped it as Goat Simulator 3 was just announced during Summer Game Fest 2022. The next goat adventure is coming to PlayStation, Xbox, and Epic games Store this Fall.

The trailer is actually a spoof of the reveal trailer of Dead Island 2 when it was first announced way back in 2014. Why did Coffee Stain Studios announce Goat Simulator 3 the way they did? We have no idea but honestly, it works well for what Goat Simulator is all about.

Goat Simulator 3 is an open world game set in the island of San Angora and will feature four-player couch and online co-op where you can wreak havoc to those living in the island and simply do goat things. Goat customization will be available as it’s said that the game will feature “over 300 different gear parts to choose from—from toilet rolls to tea trays… and other actual clothing items”. The customization was teased in the announcement trailer.

The first Goat Simulator was released back in 2014 and was originally meant as a fun project for the developers, but it quickly became a hit to those that played the game and it’s popularity grew to the point that they sold millions of copies through the years and is now available in multiple platforms.

Goat Simulator 3 will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
