Leak - Callisto Protocol Is One of the Headliners for the October 2023 PS Plus Monthly Games
/Dealabs user billbil-kun, a known leaker who’s been accurate with his PS Plus reports in the past, is at it again as he’s reporting that two of the three games that will be offered during the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for October 2023 will be Callisto Protocol and Farming Simulator 2022.
The dataminer suggests that these games will be available starting October 3 until November 7. The third game to be offered during next month was not revealed. Billbil-kun has been on a role since September 2021 as each month he’s been spot on with his PlayStation Plus leaks days before the official release. Of course, there’s a chance the streak could be broken this time, so we’ll have to see as it’s likely we’ll get an official announcement anytime this week with October just around the corner.
PlayStation Plus’ Monthly Games offer is given to Essential, Extra, and Premium/Deluxe subscribers of the service. This is separate from the Game and Classics Catalog, which gets updated with new games close to the middle of each month.
This September, PlayStation Plus’ Monthly Games offer is the 2022 Saints Row reboot, Black Desert: Traveler Edition, and Generation Zero. The offer to have these games in your account while subscribed to the service will only last until October 2.
When the Monthly Games for September was announced, Sony also revealed that the price for the 12-month option of PlayStation Plus will be increased starting September 6 by roughly 35%
As for the Game and Classic Catalog update for September, 20 games were added to the service, with Nier Replicant ver.1.22474487139… and a good number of Star Ocean titles being available through both catalogs.
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle has the potential to be a favorite for fans of the franchise, delivering an authentic Indiana Jones experience with its story and cinematic presentation. While the game shines in its exploration and puzzle elements, the combat and stealth mechanics’ lack of gameplay variety holds it back.
