Like a Dragon: Ishin! Guide - How To Unlock the Rare Prize Wheel, and Where It’s Located
/In Like a Dragon: Ishin!, players will come across a prize wheel vendor that allows you to use prize tickets to win specific rewards, but there’s also a Rare Prize Wheel vendor that can be unlocked for more prizes. Here’s a quick guide on everything you need to know about the Rare Prize Wheel.
What is the Prize Wheel?
Okay, let’s assume you just started and have not come across the famed Prize Wheel Vendor. So, where is it? It’s easy to find the vendor in Kyo. Head to Fushimi Ichibangai, the road filled with various restaurant vendors. If you’re coming from the south side of that road, the Prize Wheel vendor will be to your right, past the Daruma Eatery vendor.
How do I join and win a prize in the Prize wheel?
Do you notice all the Prize Tickets you’ve been picking up on the ground all throughout Kyo? Those tickets are for the Prize Wheel vendor. Keep an eye out for bright sparkle on the ground as it’s most likely a Prize Ticket. You can also win tickets too by purchasing items from different vendors.
Once you’re happy with the amount of Prize Tickets on hand, head to the Prize Wheel vendor as it only requires one ticket to spin the wheel. This is all random so keep spinning until you win a prize you like.
If you win all the prizes in this wheel, a Lucky Prize Wheel will be available in this vendor, which has another set of interesting prizes to earn. This wheel will require two tickets per spin.
Unlocking the Rare Prize Wheel
The Rare Prize Wheel is actually right beside the Prize Wheel Vendor, you just need to unlock the NPC to spin the wheel on that vendor. To unlock it, you’ll first spin the first Prize Wheel multiple times before the Rare Prize Wheel gets unlocked. I spent over 30 before the Rare Prize Wheel was available so keep spinning until the vendor informs you that they have another wheel you can participate in.
For the Rare Prize Wheel vendor, each spin requires 5 Prize tickets, and rightfully so as they have great prizes to earn.
Here’s what you can win in the Rare Prize Wheel Vendor.
Special Prize - Worn Sword
First Prize - European Fabric
Second Prize - Gold Hammer
Third Prize - Beautiful Pelt
Fourth Prize - Nigirimeshi
Do you have the Special Guest Trooper Cards yet? Here’s a quick guide on where you can unlock it and claim any DLC you own for the game.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
