Marvel’s Avengers November Update Adds New Playable Character Winter Soldier

Crystal Dynamics have revealed that the upcoming 2.7 update for November will launch on November 29, 2022 and will be adding the new playable character the Winter Soldier as well as a new Omega-Level Threat called the Cloning Lab.

The new Cloning Lab omega-Level Threat will be the next big end-game challenge for a team of 4 players as the content will require players to have a Power Level of 175 to enter. The big bad is once again MODOK himself once you reach the end of the level.
For Bucky Barnes, AKA the Winter Soldier, he’s being added as part of the Avengers roster for free just like the rest of the playable characters added before him. Crystal Dynamics have yet to show the Winter Soldier in action, but with the 2.7 update just weeks away, we’ll likely see a first look at the super soldier’s kit as we get closer to release.
In the dev update blog, they hint that the next update after the release of 2.7 will include more tuning to existing heroes as they want to have “every Hero feels as fully heroic as one of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes should”
This will be the biggest update in a long time for the live service game Marvel’s Avengers. The last playable character added to the game was The Mighty Thor as she was released back in June, close to the release of the movie Thor: Love and Thunder.
