PlayStation Plus Game and Classics Catalog Update for May 2023 Revealed
/Sony Interactive Entertainment announced the May 2023 Game Catalog and Classic Catalog lineup.
The title leading this PlayStation Plus Extra and Classic Catalogue update is Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, a PS5 exclusive that I personally think showcases what the system can do.
Another title worth noting is the inclusion of Humanity, as it will be available to PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium/Deluxe subscribers on day 1 of the game’s release, which is May 16.
This update also adds the latest Tomb Raider trilogy and more Bethesda titles. Here’s the full list as these games will be available for download starting May 16.

It’s a solid update for the service as Sony is delivering quite a variety of games. For one, this feels like the second wave of Bethesda titles coming to the service as last month PS Plus members were given access to games like Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus , Doom Eternal, and the classic Doom titles.
This PlayStation Plus update is separate from the Monthly Games Sony offers as this month’s Monthly Games are already available in the service, making Chivalry 2, Grid Legends, and Descenders available to all PlayStation Plus members.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
