PlayStation Plus Game and Classics Catalogue for April 2023 Announced
/Sony Interactive Entertainment announced the April 2023 Game Catalog and Classic Catalog lineup and it’s packed with Bethesda titles.
All these titles will be added to their respective catalogs on April 18.
Another decent month for subscribers that opt for the higher tier of PlayStation Plus. Kena: Bridge of Spriits is an action-adventure that received good reviews when it was released in 2021 as it was one of the games to look out for that year.
Other great titles coming to the service that are worth mentioning are most of the Doom franchise and the latest of the Wolfenstein series now part of PlayStation’s library of games on offer. Lastly, Riders Republic is the latest edition coming from Ubisoft and is a must-try as I was blown away by how much fun an extreme sports game can be when designed with an open world.
Sadly, as for the Classics Catalog, no games from the PS1 or PS2 days were announced, but we do get a fair amount of classic Doom titles to revisit.
Here’s the full list of games below.

Games Leaving PS Plus
It’s bound to happen. As new games are added to each catalog, games that have been available for months will eventually leave the service. Sony announced that Marvel’s Spider-Man, Resident Evil, and NBA 2K Playgrounds 2 will be leaving the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in May. Subscribers that have access to the catalog have until May 15 to play the games leaving in May.
There will be a ‘Last chance to play’ section on PlayStation Plus to serve as a reminder of what titles are leaving.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
