Star Ocean: The Divine Force Will Have a Playable Demo on September 20

Square Enix revealed during a new trailer for Star Ocean: The Divine Force during Tokyo Game Show 2022 and also announced a playable demo will be available on PS5/PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One, on September 20. 

The demo for Star Ocean: The Divine Force will be available at September 20, midnight Japan Time, or September 19, 10 AM EST. It is said that the demo will feature two hours of gameplay, though they didn’t state if the payable content will be at the start or somewhere in the middle. 

The new Star Ocean: The Divine Force trailer is surprisingly lengthy running at 6-minutes long. It focuses on the game’s story and there’s a lot to take in. Have a look below. 

Star Ocean: The Divine Force is the sixth major entry in the series and will feature two protagonists each with their own set of characters and perspective in the overall narrative. The last game was Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, was released way back in 2016 for the PS3 then eventually on the PS4 when the console was released. 

Star Ocean: The Divine Force is set to launch on October 27, 2022 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
