Ubisoft Store Leaks Possible Release Date for Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope

Update (June 28, 2022): During the June Nintendo Mini Direct, Ubisoft officially announced that Mario+ Rabbids: Sparks of Hope will indeed launch on October 20, 2022 on the Nintendo Switch.
Ubisoft’s online store seems to have accidentally leaked the release date for Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, as it’s set to launch on October 20, 2022 for the Nintendo Switch. The store page of the game no longer shows the potential release date but users quickly took screenshots before it was taken down.
The timing of a release date leak for Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope comes before an upcoming Nintendo Direct mini presentation focused on third-party titles happening on July 28, 9 AM ET. It’s more than likely Ubisoft will make the release date official during the presentation.
For those unfamiliar, Mario + Rabbits: Sparks of Hope is a turn-based RPG mixed with a sequel to Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle. It’s a crossover adventure with Mario and friends and Ubisoft’s crazy Rabbids franchise.
Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope will feature 9 playable characters and so far three have been revealed. If Ubisoft does show something in this Mini Direct, I wouldn’t be surprised by a character reveal.
