ESGS 2016: We Talk To Koji Igarashi About Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night

Artplay Game Designer Koji Igarashi (Castlevania: Symphony of the Night) graced fans here in the Philippines with his presence, showcasing a demo of his upcoming game Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night. We got the opportunity to talk to Koji Igarashi about his new game and his experience with crowdfunding. 

During the 3-day event, Artplay's booth, be it a simple PC setup for those interested in checking out Bloodstained, was packed with fans of Koji Igarashi. Not only to give his upcoming game a try (We believe they brought the E3 demo), but many flocked to get copies of his previous works signed, even Miggy from the TMG crew got his Nintendo 3DS signed by the Game Designer.

It was a big surprise for Koji Igarashi to see a variety of fans in the Philippines. It's not everyday we get big names in the gaming industry to interact with fans. Since the start of ESGS, the growth of interest in the region has grown, so we wouldn't be surprised if this will be a common occurrence in future events.

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is slated for a 2018 release on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, PC, and Wii U.
