Far Cry 3 Classic Edition Announced, Will Be Free For Those With Far Cry 5's Season Pass

Ubisoft has announced Far Cry 3 Complete Edition for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. You get to understand the meaning of insanity with Vaas all over again and those that opt for the Far Cry 5 Season Pass will get a free copy. 

Far Cry 3 Complete Edition will be available to Season Pass holders four weeks before the official release as a standalone title on PS4 and Xbox One this Summer.

Far Cry 3 has probably one of the best villains to come from the last generation. An island mostly controlled by a crazy man named Vaas, you are tasked to not only learn how to survive the dangers of the island but to save your friends who are being held captive by Vaas' men.

What else comes with the Season Pass of Far Cry 5? A variety of different settings apparently, from zombies to getting lost on Mars. Here's the gist:

  • Hours of Darkness: Players will travel back in time to Vietnam to battle against Viet Cong soldiers
  • Dead Living Zombies: Players will face hordes of zombies in multiple b-movie scenarios
  • Lost on Mars: Players will leave Earth behind to go toe-to-claws with Martian arachnids

More details will be shared at a later date when it comes to these post content. Far Cry 5 is slated for a March 27, 2018 release.
