Atlas Fallen Announced During Gamescom Opening Night

Atlas Fallen is a new game introduced by developer Deck13 during Gamescom Opening Night 2022

During Gamescom Opening Night 2022, Deck13 Interactive and publisher Focus Entertainment announced Atlas Fallen, a high-fantasy action RPG set to launch PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC through Steam sometime in 2023.

The reveal consists of a cinematic trailer with actual gameplay footage of the game in action, which suggests players controlling individuals with god-like abilities. The game will be in third-person and will feature a campaign that can either be tackled solo or through co-op with friends.

Here’s a quick description of the game in its Steam page

“Rise from the dust and liberate mankind from the oppression of corrupted gods.

Glide the sands of a timeless land, filled with ancient dangers, mysteries and fragments of the past. Hunt legendary monsters, using powerful, shape-shifting weapons and devastating sand-powered abilities in spectacular, super-powered combat.

Target and gather the essence of your enemies to shape your own custom playstyle, forging a new era for humanity in a fully cooperative or solo story campaign.

Rise from the dust. Unleash the storm.”

Atlas Fallen isn’t the only game revealed during Gamescom Opening Night 2022 as we see the reintroduction of Dead Island 2, the reveal of Dune: Awakening, The Lords of the Fallen, and more.
