Destiny 2 Guide - How To Get the Legendary Weapon Trust in Season of Defiance
/The legendary 180 RPM hand cannon Trust is back with an updated perk pool for Season of Defiance and here’s a quick guide on where it drops in Year 6 and the god rolls you should be looking for.
Where to get the Legendary Hand Cannon Trust in Year 6
If you wanted an updated Trust, you’ll have to play the infamous game mode Gambit to earn the god roll you’ve always wanted. Trust is currently the featured weapon in the game mode in Season of Defiance as it can randomly drop after each match.
But what happens when the Season of Defiance ends, how can you get Trust then? Well, with how vendors are designed now in Destiny 2, vendors for the major game modes and events can now allow you to get legacy weapons with the cost of some Glimmer and engrams associated with that particular vendor. For Gambit, We might have Trust available through this method from Season 21 (Season of the Deep) onwards, just like how weapons and armor from previous seasons are still obtainable. If not, better get the roll you want now before Season of Defiance ends.

PvE
Hand cannons aren’t the best weapon type right now as PvE is concerned, but 180 Hand Cannons could be viable in the future, and if you like the look and feel of the weapon Trust, you’ll want the perfect PvE roll for when this weapon type becomes somewhat viable.
What you should hope to get is a perk combination of Outlaw in the first perk slot for increased reload speed from precision kills, then Incandescent for that scorch spread. Explosive Payload is also a decent replacement for the second perk, but Incandescent just synergizes well with Solar builds.
PvP
Trust performs better as a 180 Hand Cannon in PvP, so hope for a roll that will again increase the weapon’s effective range.
There’s a variety of choices here for PvP, but for the first perk slot, you should be looking for either Snapshot Sights for faster ADS. The range stat is always king, so for the second perk slot you should get Rangefinder for the increased effective zoom when ADS and faster projectile speed.
From there, hope for a stat increase perks that improve the weapon’s range, so picking up one with Full Bore and Accurized Rounds would be ideal. Trust only has one unique perk called Gun and Run, which simply gives you a sprint bonus when defeating targets, making it somewhat useful for both PvE and PvP.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
