Dying Light 2 Stay Human Bloody Summer Event Now Live

Techland announced that Dying Light 2 Stay Human is currently hosting a free event called Bloody Summer, and those that participate will receive in-game cosmetic rewards. The special event will last from now until July 7.
It’s all about severing limbs in this event as the chances of cutting off parts have been increased for the event. There are also some Hyper Mode rules applied in the game, which means hit reactions and ragdoll effects of your victims will look a tad bit exaggerated.
Cutting limbs will grant you rewards, the first one is easy, the other will require a bit of time to accomplish, while the third will require a collective effort by the whole community.
Chop off 1 limb - receive 1 Harper’s Token.
Cut off 300 limbs - receive the Cutting Edge Axe.
Global goal: cut off 3,000,000 limbs -— all players receive the Nightrunner Outfit.
Techland has been busy keeping Dying Light 2 Stay Human updated with new content for their avid players. Just a few weeks ago, they released the game’s first free story DLC called ‘In the Footsteps of a Nightrunner.’, an update which also adds new features such as new rank system, weekly and daily bounties, and more.
