PlayStation February 2023 State of Play Will Focus On VR2, Suicide Squad, and More
/Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that their next State of Play showcase happening on February 23 will focus on PS VR2 and third-party releases. The showcase will feature at least five PS VR 2 games, and a lengthy look at Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League gameplay.
It’s also reported by Gematsu that according to PlayStation Japan, the presentation will be around 45 minutes and features 16 titles.
The big showing will be Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, Rocksteady Studios' latest project as the showcase will reserve “more than 15 minutes of all-new gameplay details and updates”. Next will be a big showing for VR 2, which makes sense considering the virtual reality device for the PS5 is launching this week.
The show begins this Thursday, 1 PM Pacific / 9 PM GMT / 10 PM CET and can be viewed live on either PlayStation’s Twitch or YouTube channel.
This will be Sony’s first State of Play showcase for the year 2023.
This will be music to the ears of kids who grew up on the series, but for the uninitiated, there’s nothing quite like the Mario & Luigi games. Mario & Luigi Brothership does its best to appeal to a wide range of players with charming presentation and a strong new Battle Plug system, but not everyone will be enamored with its reflex-testing gameplay.
