Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown Post-Launch Roadmap Detailed, Story DLC Releasing Late 2024
/Ubisoft revealed that they are supporting their action platformer Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown through the rest of 2024 with post-launch content.
The roadmap shows that there will be three free major content drops this year starting with the March 2024 called ‘Warrior’s Path releasing on March 20. This content drop delivers a Speedrun mode, a Permadeath mode, and four new outfits for Sargon.
The next update will be in Spring and is titled ‘Boss Attack’ as it will feature a Boss Rush game mode as well as additional outfits to customize Sargon. In Divine Trials releasing this Summer, expect new additions to combat, new amulets, puzzle challenges, and more.
Lastly, in late 2024, they will be releasing a story DLC that will likely be paid. Ubisoft has yet to share more details for the new DLC.
Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is now available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC through the Epic Game Store and Ubisoft Store.
We reviewed Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown and were pleasantly surprised at how good this game was as we gave it a 5/5, a great way to start the year.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
