Looks like Capcom's latest zombie slaughter-fest isn't exclusive to consoles anymore. I didn't think this would happen, but Dead Rising 3 is now coming to our PC with added textures and fixes. Have a look at the announcement trailer below.

No official release date, but expect it this summer, which should be 3rd week of June on-wards.
When it comes to the Dead Rising franchise, the weapons you create to dispose a horde of zombies can go from creative, to down-right hilarious. Even with Dead Rising 3's more serious look, the different weapons you can wield can still bring a big smile in your face. Check out the trailer below.
Weapon crafting is nothing new if you've experienced the first two games. But what's new for the third game is you can actually customize certain vehicles in the game to be zombie killing machines. It may look like a dark Dead Rising, but it's really not with all the weapons shown in this video, especially with the protagonist dressing as Ryu handing out shoryuken's to every zombie near him. Which is why I think the look of the second game was a complete fit with the gameplay.
Regardless, it definitely looks like a good exclusive launch title for the Xbox One. Speaking of which, get ready because it's only two months until we hit November, which I dub next-gen launch month.

Capcom released a new trailer for their Xbox One exclusive title Dead Rising 3. It's CG and shows all the gore and foul language you'd want out of a game like this. Towards the end though, got me laughing on how silly it is.
IGN featured the new CG trailer, and I gotta say -- What he made at the end completely threw me off guard.
At this point, I need more information about Dead Rising 3. The switch from a bright and over the top tone seen in the previous game to a more dark and sort of serious tone was actually a turn off. A bit too brownish for my taste. The in-game gameplay shown in this year's E3 was impressive -- Having that many zombies in once screen was amazing. Even the car slowing down since there are too many zombies was a good touch, but is there something new to really hype things up? Sorry, nothing so far.
Dead Rising 3 is planned for a November 2013 release, possibly making it a launch title for the Xbox One. Does this game entice you to get an Xbox One? Because I have another game in mind that's making me consider one.
During Microsoft's Press Conference that oozing with new game reveals announced an Xbox Exclusive that I didn't see coming. Dead Rising 3 was unveiled and the crowd was instantly treated with an impressive game demo.
The demo shows a darker tone compared to previous Dead Rising. It continues as an open world filled with zombies with tons of weapons to choose from and many ways to create your very own. The one thing that was impressive was the sheer number of zombies were on-screen in that detail. Have a look below.
