The Division 2 Year 6 Season 3: Burden of Truth Now Available

Ubisoft has launched Year 6, Season 3 for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, bringing new seasonal modifiers, gameplay improvements, and the return of Scout Missions. Titled Burden of Truth, this season challenges Agents to track down the elusive Alani Kelso, following a trail of intel to uncover her true motives.
A New Manhunt Begins
In Burden of Truth, Alani Kelso’s allegiances remain uncertain, and it’s up to Agents to locate her and uncover the truth. Alongside this thrilling pursuit, players can earn unique cosmetic rewards upon completing the season. Additional cosmetics will also be available in March to celebrate The Division 2’s anniversary.
Expanded Stash Space
Inventory management just got easier. Players with the Warlords of New York expansion will receive 50 additional stash slots, while Year 1 Pass holders will get an extra 50 slots as well. These additional slots will also carry over to hardcore characters, ensuring more storage across all playstyles.
Reworked Seasonal Modifiers
Seasonal Modifiers are now a core part of the gameplay experience, unlocking earlier in the season and providing Season XP bonuses when equipped. This season’s modifiers focus on high-risk, high-reward tactics, offering combat buffs through Momentum-based mechanics. The Global Modifier rewards aggressive playstyles, while a single Hostile Modifier gradually increases enemy strength throughout the season.
Manhunt Scouts Return
The return of Manhunt Scouts adds another layer of challenge, with weekly Scout Missions required to unlock the Climax Mission. Completing all activities in a Scout mission rewards players with a unique collectible tied to the season’s narrative. Whether solo or in a four-player squad, players can take down high-value targets and earn exclusive exotic gear like Birdie’s Quick Fix, an exotic backpack available as a potential drop from any difficulty (with higher difficulties increasing drop rates). Completing the Climax Mission unlocks its Master difficulty version for an even greater challenge.
Season 2.0 Improvements
Ubisoft continues refining the seasonal experience with several key improvements:
Priority Objectives Update – The new Daily Refill system offers three free rerolls every 24 hours.
Progression Tweaks – Modifiers are now earned through the Seasonal Journey instead of Priority Objectives.
Season Pass XP Adjustments – Players can now earn Season XP in all open-world activities, enhancing progression flexibility.
Despite its aging personality, Two Point Museum is the strongest entry in the series yet. The improved gameplay flow, deeper simulation mechanics, and museum theme provide just the right level of creative freedom and challenge.
