PS Plus Members Are Getting Bloodborne and Ratchet & Clank This March
/This is probably one of the strongest lineups of free games offered by PlayStation Plus for the US and UK regions. Bloodborne and Ratchet & Clank are two great games, both exclusive to the PS4.
Subscribers also get the platformer Mighty No. 9 for the PS3, but thanks to the cross-buy program, you can grab the PS4 copy as well. Here's the rest of the games coming your way for free:
- Legend of Kay, PS3
- Mighty No. 9, PS3 (Cross Buy with PS4)
- Claire: Extended Cut, PS Vita (Cross Buy with PS4)
- Bombing Busters, PS Vita (Cross Buy with PS4)
PS Plus Will No Longer Provide Free Games For PS3 and PS Vita Next Year
With the announcement of the March lineup for US and UK regions, PlayStation has also announced that starting March 8, 2019, PS Plus will no longer provide free games for the PS3 and PS Vita platforms, and plans to focus on PS4 instead. All the games you've accumulated for the PS3 and PS Vita in the past will stay in your collection as long as your subscribed but don't expect anything new after March 8.
What's The PS Plus Free Games For Asia Accounts?
We are still waiting for that announcement. Most of the time, the free games offered are different depending on the region. Like last month, Asia accounts were given Mighty No. 9 and Evolve for free, while those with US and UK accounts were given Knack and Rime as their free PS4 games. Ratchet & Clank to be given free for Asia accounts isn't going to happen since it was already offered last December together with Knack, so there's a chance we will get Bloodborne and something else to fill that spot.
We will update this as soon as PlayStation Asia makes the announcement.
Sony has finally revealed the games coming to PlayStation Plus’s Game Catalog for Extra and Premium/Deluxe subscribers this November 2024. This update adds 17 games to the service.
