Back 4 Blood’s June 2022 Update Adds Full Deck Draw, New Legendary Items, and More

Turtle Rock Studios just rolled out their June 2022 free update for their 4-player co-op shooter Back 4 Blood, which features the ability to start any campaign run with all 15 cards, new legendary items, the ability to kick players, and more.

Here’s a quick rundown of what’s been added in this June 2022 update. 

NEW FEATURES

  • Full Deck Draw - Play all 15 cards from your deck at the start of a Campaign for all difficulties.

  • Player Kicking - The new Player Kicking system identifies and allows kicking from a Mission when a Cleaner is idle for too long or deals too much friendly fire damage.

  • New banners, sprays, and emblems

  • 12 New Burn Cards

  • New Warped Chest Corruption Cards

  • New Cleaner skins

  • Legendary Accessories

  • Detailed breakdown - Of Supply Points, Copper, and Skull Totems is now present on the post-round screen.

The patch also has a long list of balance changes for the game from its PvE campaigns to the PvP Swarm. There are significant changes in this update, at least in the PvE side of things, such as toolkits now being able to unlock an extra free heal, the Cleaner Holly no longer regaining stamina on kills, and Heng having a higher chance at dropping items based on the amount of damage he takes. Black 4 Blood released their first expansion called Tunnels of Terror and was a surprisingly good extension for the co-op game.
