Dead by Daylight Shrine of Secrets Perks for June 7 - June 13 2023
/This week, Dead by Daylight’s Shrine of Secrets is more enticing for Killers than Survivors. The perks this week are Flip Flop, Alert, Hoarder, and I’m All Ears. Here’s a quick detailed rundown of each perk from June 7 - June 13, 2023, as this will be the last shrine before the new Chapter goes live.
Dead by Daylight Shrine of Secrets perks for June 7 - June 13, 2023
This section in the in-game store of Dead by Daylight allows players to unlock perks from Survivors or Killers still unavailable for them, or have not yet earned the highest tier.
Choose carefully if you don’t have many shards available during this time as 2,000 shards are hard to earn, especially for new players from either side.
Killer Perks
Hoarder (The Twins) - This perk triggers a loud noise notification for the Killer for 4 seconds within 32/48/64 meters of your current location whenever a Survivor attempts to unlock a Chest and picks up any item, including limited ones.
I’m All Ears (The Ghost Face) - Any Survivor performing a rushed action within 48 meters of your location has their aura revealed to you for 6 seconds.
This perk will trigger once every 60/50/40 seconds.
Survivor Perks
Flip Flop (Ash Williams) - While in the Dying State, 50% of your recovery progress is converted to your wiggling progression when the Killer pick you up, up to a maximum of 40/45/50%
Alert (Jake Park) - Whenever a killer destroys a Pallet, a Breakable Wall, or a Generator, their aura is revealed to you for 3/4/5 seconds.
Which perks are worth getting this week?
This week feels more beneficial for Killer players as suppose to Survivors.
Killers will want to consider I’m All Ears as this is a perk that can provide key information during a chase. Killers such as Pyramid Head can snipe Survivors through the wall but any killer can make use of 6 seconds of information during a chance.
Hoarder is great for specific characters like Wesker, Nemesis, or Pinhead as these are Killers that have unique items that will be available to Survivors during a Trial.
As for Survivors, Flip Flop can be a hit or miss as you are at the mercy of the Killer who decides to leave you on the ground. If he/she doesn’t and mostly goes for the pick-up after a down, then it’s like playing with just three perks.
Lastly, Alert is a great tool for information, especially for players new to the game. If you pay attention to what this perk tells you, you can avoid specific sections of the map.
Dead by Daylight will soon be updated with the new sci-fi-themed End of Transmission Chapter currently available in the Dead by Daylight public test build, allowing players to play with the new Killer Singularity and the Survivor named Gabriel Soma. The new Chapter is set to launch next week, June 13.
