Marvel Snap’s March 2023 Season Is 'Days of Future Past' Featuring Nimrod
/Second Dinner Studios announced that the March 2023 season for Marvel Snap will be ‘Days of Future Past’, an X-Men-themed season with the new card Nimrod available through the game’s battle pass.
Days of Future Past will go live on March 6, so you have just a few more days with the Into the Quantum Realm season featuring M.O.D.O.K.
As for Nimrod, the featured card next season is part of the Destroy category of cards as it’s a 5-cost, 5-power card that reads: When this is Destroyed, add a copy to each other locations. Things can go crazy with the location Death’s Domain in play or cards like Galactus and other cards that just make more Nimrods on the field.
Just like in past seasons, Nimrod will be available through the season pass if purchased, you’ll have Nimrod unlocked at tier 1. This season also features new variants for the cards Wolverine and Sentinel.
New Marvel Snap cards and locations for March 2023
Marvel Snap will also be updated with new cards for its Series 5 pool of cards. Here’s what’s coming.
Kitty Pryde (1/0): You can return this to your hand to gain +2 Power.
Master Mold (2/2): On Reveal: Add 2 sentinels to your opponent's hand.
Negasonic Teenage Warhead (3/4): After any card is played here, destroy this card and that card.
We are also getting new Locations in the game during March.
Orchis Forge: After you play a card here, add a Sentinel to your hand.
Krakoa: On Turn 5, takes over and plays both players’ cards for them.
Asteroid M: After you play a 3 or 4-cost card, move it here.
These cards and new locations will slowly roll out on a weekly basis throughout March.
Marvel Snap is currently available through iOS, Android mobile devices, and PC through Steam.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
