The “God Rolls” for the Taraxippos and The Title Weapons in Guardian Games 2023
/The next event for Destiny 2, the 2023 Guardian Games, is now live and will be around until the end of Season of Defiance. With the event, there are two weapons, the new Traxippos Scout Rifle and last year’s SMG The Title. You must be wondering what are the “god rolls” for these weapons, so here are a couple of the best perk combinations you should be keeping an eye out for during the event.
Naturally, with further testing through the weeks, the community could uncover interesting combinations for these weapons, so we’ll update that list when that happens.
The Taraxippos Strand Scout Rifle God Rolls
The Taraxippos is a unique weapon right now as it’s the only Strand weapon in its weapon type and is a 200 rpm with a Lightweight frame. Its perk pool is interesting as we have a few good choices for either PvP or PvE.
PvE
Gutshot Straight and Explosive Payload - if you’re looking for a PvE perk combination that contributes to your Scout Rifle’s damage, then this is a solid pair to look out for.
Outlaw and Hatchling - Perfect combination if you have a Warlock Strand build. Probably the best choice if you need a Strand long range weapon as a primary for harder PvE content.
Outlaw and Cascade Point - this is interesting as you’ll have a rapid-fire Scout Rifle after switching, and with enough kills with the rapid burst, your outlaw will quickly reload the gun so you’re back in the fight.
Outlaw and Explosive Payload - This is a standard perk pair as it will do well in any PvE content.
PvP
Zen Moment and Kill Clip - This is a great perk combination to try in PvP and luckily this combination is in your first Taraxippos you earn when going through the Guardian Games quests. Zen Moment is in a good spot now and pairing it up with Kill Clip can make you pile up the kills quick.
Gutshot Straight and Kill Clip - You can’t go wrong having two perks increasing your damage. If you do activate the Kill and aim for the body, the damage will be insane. We’ll report back as I have the exact perk combination in one of my recent runs.
Zen Moment and Keep Away - this bolsters long-range engagements, which is simply the Scout Rifle’s specialty. It’s also rare to see Keep Away in the fourth column in a gun.
The Title Void SMG God Rolls
The Title is the weapon offered last year, so this is your chance to get your own version of the gun. Its return means an updated perk pool and there’s a few to look out for. The first one you get through quests (I believe everyone gets it?) is a solid pick-up as it has two good perks in each column.
PvE
Threat Detector and Surrounded - You really can’t go wrong with this combination. Both perks buffing you in various stats as well as damage when you’re surrounded with enemies is perfect. Plus, it’s a Void weapon and will do well this season as it’s easy to apply Volatile Rounds thanks to the seasonal artifact.
Perpetual Motion and Repulsor Brace - a solid combination for Void builds that will keep you alive for longer during tough PvE encounters.
PvP
Dynamic Sway Reduction and Rangefinder - A solid combination if you want to bring this weapon to the Crucible. There are better choices out there if you want to run an SMG (hopefully you got a good Immortal roll), and this is probably your best bet if you want to make this weapon work on PvP. More range the better.
This will be music to the ears of kids who grew up on the series, but for the uninitiated, there’s nothing quite like the Mario & Luigi games. Mario & Luigi Brothership does its best to appeal to a wide range of players with charming presentation and a strong new Battle Plug system, but not everyone will be enamored with its reflex-testing gameplay.
