Episode 4 of Night City Wire Focuses On Cyberpunk 2077's Vehicles And Fashion Styles
/The episodic online event focused on CD Projekt RED’s Cyberpunk 2077 just released episode 4 which focuses on the kinds of vehicles that will be in the game and the different fashion styles that will populate Night City.
The episode starts with the developers talking about the different vehicles you can find/buy/steal. There are different versions of a specific model as you might stumble upon a suit up version of a specific car but also come across a junk version where the dashboard was ripped off. These kinds of vehicles will not only look different but will drive differently as well.
Motorcycles are another mode of transportation but didn’t go into detail if we can also find different versions of bikes similar to the cars in Night City.
The only real car making it to Cyberpunk 2077 is a classic Porsche 911 Turbo, which belongs to Johnny Silverhand, Keanu Reeves’ character in the game.
The developers also confirmed that there will be racing in the game but suggests to bring a gun, so it will unlikely be a simple race of completing a couple of laps.
The kinds of fashion you’ll see in Cyberpunk 2077 are divided into 4 specific design styles that will bring Night City characters and NPCs to life - Kitsch, Entropism, Neomilitarism, and Neokitsch. These styles have their own set of history, status, and features making each character stand out.
Those wearing Kitsch are those with neon hair and illuminated tattoo feautures, while people sporting Entropism doesn’t really care how they look. Neomilitarism is a sign of power. The corporate, serious look. While Neokitsch is a mix of Kitsch and Neomilitarism, where celebrities flex their fame and wealth and is hard to miss in a crowd.
We are just weeks away from the release of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt RED’s next big RPG, which has gone gold and is ready for its November 19 launch on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game will also be available on Xbox Series X and PS5 once the next-gen consoles hit shelves.
