Diablo IV’s First Expansion Vessel of Hatred Will Launch in October
/Blizzard released yet another amazing cinematic for their action RPG Diablo IV’s expansion Vessel of Hatred, which revealed that the first expansion for the game is slated for an October 2024 release.
This cinematic is yet another example of Blizzard’s cinematic brilliance as we see Neyrelle struggling with the decision she made after the end of the game’s main campaign as Mephisto pushes her limits as being the bearer of stone that currently traps the Prime Evil.
The expansion comes with new content such as the game’s new class called Spiritborn. A gameplay reveal of the Spiritborn will debut on July 18.
Diablo IV is currently on season 4 of post-content support. Titled ‘Loot Reborn’, the game went through a massive overhaul with the action RPG’s itemization and potential builds for endgame content.
Diablo IV is currently available on Xbox and PC Game Pass. Though, it is not clear if this expansion will be tied to the service when it launches this October.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
