Fallout 76's 2021 Roadmap Announced
/Bethesda is further supporting their online survival RPG Fallout 76 in 2021 with a series of updates that adds more story content, a new expansion to Daily Ops. legendary crafting, and a lot more throughout the year.
The first batch of content heading to Fallout 76 is scheduled to go live in “spring” and improves the way you play the game with SPECIAL Loadouts, giving players the option to quickly switch between builds. There will be additional CAMP slots, so get ready to maintain more than one camp if you wish to do so. There will also be an expansion to Daily Ops, simply expanding the types of randomized content you’ll experience moving forward.
For the summer, expect the Steel Reign update which will provide a new story content which is said to conclude the story of The Brotherhood, which first started last year when players met The Appalachian Brotherhood of Steel. This update also comes with new loot as legendary crafting will be available for players.
For Fall, they didn’t go into full details but it has something ti do with private worlds, so we’ll have to wait and see. But they did promise a second expansion to Daily Ops to arrive around this time.
Last but not least, we have the Winter update. Players can expect an :all-new out-of-this-world event”, a public challenge that will require everyone in the server to band together and face these new foes for special rewards. Also watch out for the seasonal event called The Ritual, tasking players to help cultists in Point Pleasant to prepare for an “exciting and dangerous ritual. All your efforts of course will score you some unique rewards.
