You play as Alex Cheng as she explores her new home Haven Springs which goes through a tragic event that affects Alex and those around her. It won’t be Life is Strange without supernatural abilities as Alex has the psychic power of Empathy, which allows her to experience, absorb, or manipulate the emotions of the characters near her.
Player choice will remain a big factor in True Colors as the only difference is that this will be the first game that will not be released as an episodic title. We’ll get to experience the full story from start to finish on September 10 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia.
Square Enix also announced the Life is Strange Remastered edition and this collection contains Life is Strange and Life is Strange: Before the Storm which features improved visuals and animations.
Life is Strange: True Colors will launch physically and digitally with three editions to choose from - the Standard Edition, the Deluxe Edition, and the Ultimate Edition. The Deluxe edition will include a Steph DLC Chapter and 4 outfits for Alex, while the Ultimate Edition comes with all that comes with the Deluxe plus a copy of the Life is Strange Remastered edition.
