Monster Hunter Wilds Launches February 28, 2025

In PlayStation’s State of Play which debuted on September 25, Capcom revealed that Monster Hunter Wilds is set to release on February 28, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.

A new gameplay trailer was shown showcasing new biomes, monsters, and a glimpse of the game’s story bits.

Monster Hunter Wilds Pre-order Details and Editions

Those who pre-order any edition of Monster Hunter Wilds will receive the bonus “Guild Knight Set” hunter layered armor and the “Hope Charm” Talisman. For those who pre-order the game on PlayStation will also receive a Digital Mini art Book of the game.

The deluxe edition of the game will feature a variety of cosmetic DLC:

  • Seikret Decoration: Soldier's Caparison, General's Caparison

  • Felyne Layered Armor Set: Felyne Ashigaru

  • Pendant: Avian Wind Chime

  • Gesture: Battle Cry, Uchiko

  • Hairstyle: Hero's Topknot, Refined Warrior

  • Makeup/Face Paint: Hunter's Kumadori, Special Bloom

  • Sticker Set: Avis Unit, Monsters of the Windward Plains

  • Nameplate: Extra Frame — Russet Dawn *Purchase Bonus

The Premium edition of the game comes with the Deluxe bonus, two cosmetic DLC packs (to be released post-launch), and these bonuses:
