PS5 30th Anniversary Edition Bundle Not Coming to the Philippines, Controller Only Option
/It looks like the 30th Anniversary PlayStation 5 bundle announced by Sony will only be available for pre-order in select countries, and unfortunately, the Philippines isn’t one of them.
According to a recent PlayStation post, fans in the Philippines will only be able to opt to pre-order the 30th Anniversary DualSense controller and its Edge variant in their local retailer, which will be available for pre-order starting September 26.
Singapore will be the only Southeast Asian country offering a pre-order contest for the PS5 Pro bundle on September 26, the biggest item in this collection.
As for the other products in the lineup, the 30th Anniversary PS5 Digital Edition bundle and PlayStation Portal will be available for pre-order only in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia. That makes just the controllers to be the only option for players in the Philippines.
Sony has yet to reveal the pricing for these products, but with pre-orders going live tomorrow, the details should surface soon.
The limited availability, especially of the PS5 Pro bundle, likely stems from its extreme rarity—only 12,300 bundles will be sold worldwide.
Those in Singapore can check this link for the pre-order contest. As for those in other countries, look towards your preferred local retailers supported by Sony.
The PlayStation 30th Anniversary Collection will be released on November 21.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
