Horizon Chase Turbo Deluxe Edition Is Coming To PlayStation 4 In Southeast Asia
/In this generation of racing games where simulation and realism are the golden standards, some of us still crave that feeling of playing something that’s simple, fast, and most importantly, fun. Well, prepare to feel the need for speed again as SCRYsoft and Brazil-based developer Aquiris announced that the physical copy of Horizon Chase Turbo Deluxe Edition will be coming to South East Asia for the PlayStation 4 this July 28, 2020.
Inspired by classic arcade racing games we’ve grown to love, Horizon Chase Turbo is a modern take on the genre, recreating the 16-bit appeal while adding in modern gameplay elements. You can choose from a total of 32 cars inspired by classic and modern real-life counterparts. The racing game features 60fps gameplay with a stylized look of the game mixed in with charming tunes composed by acclaimed video game music composer Barry Leitch (Lotus Turbo Challenge, Top Gear, Rush).
Horizon Chase Turbo is packed with 109 tracks available across 48 locations in 12 countries; each with specific settings that allow day or night races through hazardous weather like racing through a snowy season, heavy sandstorms, or even through volcanic ash. These types of tracks will be available through either World Tour, Tournament, and Endurance mode.
Horizon Chase Turbo features Local Multiplayer Split Screen mode where you can duke it out with up to 3 of your friends for some fast, 4-player racing! For a more competitive edge, earn your mark in the game’s online leaderboards to compete against others from around the world to see who is the fastest.
Also included in this Deluxe Edition is the game’s Summer Vibes DLC, which includes a classic convertible roadster and 5 unlockable skins. 12 sunny roads from the main campaign have also been redesigned to cater to the DLC’s summer theme.
Horizon Chase Turbo Deluxe Edition’s physical release arrives on store shelves on July 28, 2020.
Metaphor: ReFantazio is now my favorite title from the Persona team by far. It’s one of those rare games where its main pillars work harmoniously, and you get lost in its charm. It’s a pristine JRPG, with enough style and substance to satisfy hardcore JRPG fans, Persona fans, and even those who rarely touch JRPGs.
