Control: Ultimate Edition is the complete package for Remedy Entertainment’s sci-fi action adventure as this version comes with The Foundation and AWE expansions. This free offer is available for both PS4 and PS5 owners, so if you haven’t explored the oldest house as the Director, you get to do that this February as this game was a treat to play coupled with a crazy narrative.
Concrete Genie is an action adventure game released in 2019 for the PS4 with features supporting PlayStation VR. Created by the developers from Pixelopus (Entwinded), players control Ash, who has the ability to conjure magical genie through the graffiti he creates.
Last but not least, your PS5 free game offer in February is Destruction AllStars, a competitive race combat sports event that “pits drivers against one another in an intense competition,”, according to Sony. AllStars was originally meant to release together with the launch of the PS5 back in November but was delayed in October by Sony. Destruction AllStars will be available to PlayStation Plus subscribers for two months starting in February through the service.
If you haven’t claimed copies of the January free games such as Maneater (PS5), Shadow of the Tomb Raider (PS4), and Greedfall (PS4), then you have until February 1 to do so.
Developer Double Eleven has released their new game Blindfire on the PlayStation 5 as an early access title. It’s an FPS arena shooter where gunfights happen in the dark.
Life is Strange: Double Exposure brings back Max Caulfield with new time-manipulation powers, but struggles to capture the original’s emotional weight. While the dual-timeline mechanic is engaging, the story’s weak twists, forgettable characters, and technical issues hold it back. A nostalgic revisit, but not a standout entry in the series.
LightSpeed Studios and Square Enix have announced that their MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV Online will have a mobile version simply called Final Fantasy XIV Mobile.
The Patapon spiritual successor Ratatan, is still set to release sometime in 2025 as we get a new gameplay trailer showcasing a more polished look of the game since we last saw the title in action. Developers TVT and Ratata Arts have also made a deal with an Asian publishing called Game Source Entertainment to be the their title’s publisher.
The 2024 Game Awards nominees for Game of the Year has revealed and the announcement has already triggered a heated discussion online as we have a DLC/expansion added nominated for the first time since show started.

Goddess of Victory: Nikke, a free-to-play 2D tactical cover shooter for mobile and PC, is celebrating its 2nd Anniversary by launching a variety of new content from new characters, costumes, and even a new mini-game to spice things up this November.
Lego Horizon Adventures transforms the serious world of Horizon Zero Dawn into a playful experience geared towards younger gamers. With a lighter story, fun character twists, and familiar machines recreated in Lego form, it serves as a charming introduction to Aloy’s universe. While hardcore fans may find it a bit basic, it’s ideal for friendly, family-oriented play with loved ones of any age.
Dragon Ball Sparking! Zero is a hefty game, yet the clear omissions make it feel like a lesser product compared to a title from nearly two decades ago. And while that may disappoint a lot of players, what is present is a great action fighter that looks and more importantly feels awesome to play.
Developer Embark Studios (The Finals) has given us a better look at their upcoming extraction shooter Arc Raiders, which is set to launch sometime in 2025. A new trailer is out and features gameplay footage taken from a recent tech test they did in October.
After 15 years Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is now available on PC, Xbox Series, and even PC Game Pass. But it didn’t launch smoothly as at launch players experienced numerous bugs and issues as they returned to The Zone.
